Spring 2025 SEASON INFORMATION:
Certifications/ coaches training

ITEMS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE COMING TO COACHES MEETING
1- Volunteer form filled out
2- Once signed up you will receive an email from (STERLING VOLUNTEERS  Background check) complete the background check form.
3- Age specific online course coach training  (Click on AYSOU,  Login, click on online courses, click on coaching courses and find the course that apply to you)
4- Concussion training
5 -Cardiac arrest training
6- Safe sports
All Courses and training are online login to your page and click on volunteer
when you sign up to coach you will receive email confirmation with links to safe sports and other trainings.
Coaches meeting and training scheduled for Saturday March 8 start at 9am  at Lakeshore park Pavilion
Meeting 9-11 Am  (ALL COACHES)

Practice start week of March 10
Games Begin on March 22
Last Game May 10
